In this policy, “we” means Rise with Sol LLC. We respect your privacy and explain below how we handle information collected through our website, inquiries, and coaching communications.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, service interest, and message. When you request a free resource, we collect your email address.

If you become a coaching client, we also receive information needed to administer your package, including your agreement, scheduling details, and correspondence.

Please avoid submitting medical records or highly sensitive health information through website forms or ordinary email.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources, arrange coaching services, communicate with clients, and maintain necessary business records.

Requesting a resource or inquiring about coaching does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. If we begin sending occasional emails about our services, we will ask you to opt in first. Each marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Services that handle information

Our website and forms are hosted by Squarespace. Form submissions may be stored in Squarespace and sent to our business email account, which uses Google Workspace.

Coaching sessions take place through Zoom. We keep brief coaching notes to support our work together and send follow-up summaries through our business email, sol@risewithsol.com, using Google Workspace. We do not record Zoom coaching sessions or use AI-generated meeting summaries. Brief coaching notes, follow-up emails, and related client correspondence are stored in our business email account.

These service providers process information needed to operate their services under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

If you pay through Venmo or Zelle, those services and participating financial institutions process transaction information under their own privacy policies. We receive information needed to confirm payment and maintain business records.

Website activity and cookies

Squarespace may process technical information about website visits, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, and pages viewed. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate the website and, depending on our settings, measure its use.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls available on this website.

Confidentiality and disclosures

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We disclose information to service providers as described above, with your permission, or when legally required. We may also disclose information to address a serious and imminent risk of harm when legally permitted. Coaching clients’ confidentiality terms are further described in their client agreement.

We share client feedback publicly only with permission.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain information as needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain necessary business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

You may contact sol@risewithsol.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related reasons.

Children and external links

Our coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact sol@risewithsol.com so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

Other websites linked from our site, including Instagram, have their own privacy policies.
